Yes! Tioga Apartments welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment home. Dogs and cats are welcome (breed restrictions apply for dogs).  

• Maximum: 2 pets per home 

• Pet fee: $200 (one-time, non-refundable per pet) 

• Pet deposit: $300 (refundable per pet) 

• Pet rent: $50/month (per pet)

Yes. Tioga Apartments is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted inside apartment homes, on patios and balconies, or in any common community area.
